How do I checkout?

  1. View your shopping cart by clicking on the “shopping cart” link at the top of the webpage. (A new window will open with your shopping cart) Pop-up blockers can sometimes prevent this window from opening. Hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard as you click on the shopping cart link or Add to Cart button. Please disable pop-up blockers or allow pop-up windows from www.balletgiftshop.com
  2. Choose the shipping method that you wish to use with the dropdown box and then enter your zipcode.
  3. Next, click on the “Proceed With Order” button.
  4. You can then choose to checkout using Google Checkout or PayPal. We do accept payment by check or money order, however, those orders cannot be completed through our webstore. Please call 919-949-8244 if you plan to pay for your order by check or money order.
  5. If you have any problems with the checkout process, please call 919-949-8244 or email contact@balletgiftshop.com and someone will be able to assist you.

I'm interested in buying one of your bulk quantities, but I am interested in several characters. Do I have to order all of the same character?

  • No. You can order any combination of characters in any quantity you would like as long as your total order of ornaments, wooden magnets, coasters, coaster sets, art buttons, or art magnets, adds up to 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or a combination of those.

I chose a certain shipping method when I checked out, but my order was shipped with a different method. Why did this happen?

  • In most cases we ship our orders via the method selected by our customers. Sometimes, however, a different method of shipping is faster and will get the product to you sooner for a similar rate. Therefore, we may sometimes ship using a different method than selected during checkout.

I'd like to get an ornament but you don't have the character or design I want. Will you design a new one?

  • If there is a design or version of our products you are interested in but do not see on this website, let us know and we will be happy to discuss possible custom designs with you. A time-based design commission fee would apply but may vary by project.
