How do I checkout?

  1. View your shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" link at the top of the webpage. (A new window will open with your shopping cart) Pop-up blockers can sometimes prevent this window from opening. Hold down the "Ctrl" button on your keyboard as you click on the shopping cart link or Add to Cart button. Please disable pop-up blockers or allow pop-up windows from www.balletgiftshop.com
  2. Choose the shipping method that you wish to use with the dropdown box and then enter your zipcode.
  3. Next, click on the “Proceed With Order” button.
  4. You can then choose to checkout using Google Checkout or PayPal by clicking on the appropriate link. To pay by check or money order, please click on "Check Out" button near the words "Check/Money Order".

I'm interested in buying one of your bulk quantities, but I am interested in several characters. Do I have to order all of the same character?

  • No. With the exception of Fundraising Packages, you can order any combination of characters in any quantity you would like as long as your total order of ornaments, wooden magnets, coasters, coaster sets, art buttons, art magnets, etc. adds up to one of the bulk quantities listed or a combination of those.

  • Note: Kristin Elliott Note Card Sets, Wands, Gold-Plated Ornaments, Autograph Pillows, and Tote Bags can now be ordered in any quantity over 5 or 10 to receive bulk discounts. The quantity you would like to purchase of these items does not have to add up to a certain batch size.

I chose a certain shipping method when I checked out, but my order was shipped with a different method. Why did this happen?

  • In most cases we ship our orders via the method selected by our customers. Sometimes, however, a different method of shipping is faster and will get the product to you sooner for a similar rate. Therefore, we may sometimes ship using a different method than selected during checkout.

Would you create ornaments with my dance company's logo?

  • Sure! We would require a vector-art file of the logo (.ai or .eps formats). We can also work with hi-resolution .jpg or .bmp files, but vector artwork is prefered. A small set-up fee would apply. You, the customer, would be responsible for obtaining all of the neccesary permission for having the logo reproduced. Contact us to learn more.
