No. With the exception of Fundraising Packages, you can order any combination of characters in any quantity you would like. Custom text can be different on items in a bulk order as well. Quantity discounts are calculated automatically as you add them to your cart. Bulk quantities do not need to add up to a certain number. Yes, we ship to locations outside of the United States using USPS Priority Mail International. Use the "See Shipping Rates" tool once you have items in your shopping cart to see shipping rates to your country. We no longer offer USPS First Class International as it does not offer any sort of tracking or insurance services. I chose a certain shipping method when I checked out, but my order was shipped with a different method. Why did this happen? In most cases we ship our orders via the method selected by our customers. Sometimes, however, a different method of shipping is faster or more economical and will get the product to you in a similar amount of time. Therefore, we may sometimes ship packages using a different method than selected during checkout. If you have a deadline, please tell us when ordering. We will try to accommodate you. The Portable Ballet Barres are only shipped via UPS by our supplier. Please provide a street address for barre purchases. Barres cannot be shipped to PO box addresses. Would you create items with my dance company's logo? Sure! We would require a vector-art file of the logo (.ai or .eps formats). We can also work with hi-resolution .jpg or .bmp files, but vector artwork is prefered. A $15.00 one-time set-up fee would apply. This is a one-time set-up fee and would not need to be paid for multiple orders. You, the customer, would be responsible for obtaining all of the neccesary permission for having the logo reproduced. Just add the Logo Set-Up Fee to your cart and let us know which item or items you would like the logo added to. We can engrave logos on: Laser-Etched Ornaments, Dance Bag Tags, Key Chains, Coasters, Photo Frame Mats, Magnetic Photo Frames, and Bouquet Tags. We can print logos on: Art Buttons & Magnets, Note Cards, and Autograph Books. My daughter is playing Clara this year and I’d like to get gifts for her and her cast-mates for the performance.
